Our friends at Simple, Good & Tasty were some of the many attendees to Brenda’s cooking class through the U of M Center of Spirituatlity this fall. Click HERE to read a review of the class and how they are applying it to their lives at home! They also include our recipe for Coconut Milk Rice Pudding (easy AND delicious!) and some great photos.

Local Certified Organic Produce Grower, Atina Diffley shares her thoughts about Brenda’s Family-Friendly Cookbook ChowKids-

“Sometimes fear of the unknown is the largest barrier to healthy eating
choices and cooking habits. Brenda Langton’s easy to follow recipes and
engaging video made food prep fun and non-intimidating for my grandson. His first
“dish” was a breakfast smoothie for the entire family. He’s now full of questions
about food — what it’s in it, and how it was made—and he’s become an avid
recipe writer. But best of all—he’s influencing his mom. I’ve handed him the
torch!”
