We are approaching the end of another busy and beautiful summer here in Minneapolis, and are looking forward to a gorgeous Fall!

To celebrate a great summer we will be taking a Holiday for our hard-working staff.

We will be CLOSED:

Sunday September 3rd

Monday September 4th (we are always closed Mondays)

We have officially started our Summer Hours on Saturdays!

We open at 8:30am for Brunch and serve until 2pm.

We close between 2pm-3pm, then serve our Bar Menu in the afternoon until dinner service at 5pm.

Our closing hours remain flexible but generally we close at 9pm each night.

Inspired Cooking for Healthy Lives

Instructors Brenda Langton and Carolyn Denton will be joined by additional Center for Spirituality & Healing faculty on different nights. They will share stories and insights for making healthy eating and lifestyle changes.  Inspired Cooking for Healthy Lives is a three-night class that features recipes, grocery lists, cooking techniques to inspire you to get into your kitchen and cook!

In this exciting three-night cooking course, you will learn why food choices are important for your

wellbeing, how to create innovative and healthy menus, and make inspired decisions in your kitchen

and in the grocery store.

This innovative new series will feature more than 30 recipes – including grass-fed meat and fermented

food items.

The Course’s Menu will include:

  • Quick and creative breakfast options
  • Healthy snacks
  • Assorted vegetables and fruit dishes
  • Easy lunch and dinner entrees using plant based proteins or fish and whole grains
  • Delicious desserts without refined sugar
